We just found out that the Judge will have a statement ready regarding our documents tomorrow afternoon. This is crazy! Legally, she has 5 business days, and we are getting a statement within (basically) 48 hours! Our lawyer and interpreter are dumbfounded. Everyone is scratching their heads, with smiles on their faces. We were also told that no other American family has been able to get this far in the system in 2 years. No one knows what to expect.
Of course, we don't know what this statement will say, but we are continuing to pray that Judge sees everything that she requires in the documents, and doesn't see the things that cause her to reject documents.
It's all too much...we are simply amazed at what God does when a situation is covered in prayer.
