I haven't posted in a long time - the main reason being that some of the information I shared here ended up on a chat-site. I just want to reiterate that the information we share here is not for public knowledge. This blog is NOT a public blog, and the information contained within should be considered confidential. We have not, and will not give anyone permission to share the information here on any other blog or chat board.
It is sad that I even have to post the above...the good news is that what was posted (without our permission) wasn't entirely accurate.
Since our trip in May - we've seen significant steps forward with our case - including several meetings with the Judge. I can't share the details of those meetings (for obvious reasons).
