We have an appointment to meet with the lawyer on Friday at 2:00…which is 1am Indiana time.

About our Adoption Journey

I am just a Mom who is trying to bring her little girl home.

We started down this LONG road to adopt Anya in 2004. Through 6+ versions of our dossier, 5 trips to Russia, coutless notes and gifts sent to her at the orphanage - we continue to press on.

God has blessed us with resources and connections to continue this fight. We won't give up on our little girl!

Today, Anya is 7. She knows us as Mama and Papa, and it continues to amaze us how much she is a blend of us!

UPDATE
In February, 2010 the judge in Irkutsk, Russia granted the adoption of Anya! We were able to take custody of her on March, 2, 2010 (or 3-2-10...get it? 3.2.1.0!). Currently we are waiting in Irkutsk to complete the final paperwork to obtain her passport, and COME HOME!
