Does anyone know how to block a user from seeing your blog? Just curious...

I'm not sure if you can block just one person, but you can make your blog private. If you make your blog private you can then invite people to view your blog.
You can also 'block' comments by putting them into limbo until you approve them. Don't ask how. I still haven't figured out how to post pictures on mine!
