Got an email from our guy in Irktusk...it said that he got the legal statement from the Judge.
The statement is dated September 30th
He wasn't notified that the statement was done until October 9. Yes, he had been checking in on it.
He wasn't allowed to pick it up until October 12
I just got it today, October 14.
The Judge's deadline is October 21.
We have 7 days to appeal....which is what we're going to do.
Oh - and we also heard from our guy in Irkutsk, "I will need you to wire me some more money for the lawyer who is doing the appeal". But no mention of how much money. Since we have no money, I think I will wire about $50. Yes, I am kidding.
